Wa$ted! is an American reality series which ran on Planet Green and was hosted by Annabelle Gurwitch and Holter Graham. It originated from a television show from New Zealand by the same name. Six episodes were shown on TLC before the show was moved to Planet Green. Those six episodes were then reordered with the four remaining in the first season causing some to confuse their original airdate.

Dot Comedy

Dot Comedy is a television series that attempted to use humor found on the internet to entertain a television audience. The show was hosted by Annabelle Gurwitch and the Sklar Brothers. The show replaced The Trouble With Normal on ABC, which had been cancelled after five episodes. Dot Comedy did even worse, being viewed by 4.1 million viewers in its only aired episode before also being cancelled. The remaining four episodes never aired.

A gang of boys under the Brooklyn Bridge are united by their common interest in break dancing. Some work as pizza delivery boys, hence they call themselves the "Delivery Boys". They form a dance team and enter a local break dance contest, sponsored by a woman's panty manufacturer. A rival gang's sponsor intimidates their employer into thinking she must keep the boys working so they won't be harmed. She gives the boys some "specialized" deliveries to make them late for the contest. The antics and calamities abound as the boys wrestle with her work assignments and getting to the contest on time.

Biography

Annabelle Gurwitch is a New York Times Bestselling author, actress, and television host. Her most recent book is Wherever You Go, There They Are: Stories About My Family You Might Relate to (Penguin Random House), in which Gurwitch writes stories inspired by her hilariously dysfunctional childhood. Other books: I See You Made an Effort, (Penguin Random House) was a Thurber Prize for American Humor Writing Finalist and a New York Times Bestseller; You Say Tomato, I Say Shut Up (Random House), and Fired! (Simon and Schuster), premiered as a Showtime Comedy Special. Co-host of the popular Dinner & a Movie on TBS, she's written for The New Yorker, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times, amongst other publications and was a regular commentator for NPR's All Things Considered. Gurwitch is adapting Wherever You Go, There They Are for Janollari Entertainment and NBC. She adapted I See You Made an Effort with Liz Tuccillo and producer Sarah Condon for F/X, and You Say Tomato, I Say Shut up with Jeff Kahn, for Lifetime.
