Arbo Tammiksaar (born July 21, 1971 in Vändra, Pärnu County) is an Estonian film director. Arbo Tammiksaar has studied biology at the University of Tartu and ceramics at the Estonian Academy of Arts. He graduated from Tallinn Pedagogical University's film and video department in 2001. Arbo Tammiksaar has been a member of the Estonian Students' Society since 1993.
