This journey forces an artist, junkie, an unapologetic queer, a racist cop and a forged reverend to confront their own demons. In the waiting room, a trickster deity illuminates the shadows hiding within each subject. Piece by piece, each person realizes the darkness they've left behind.
Monte Bell is an American actor, comedic writer and director. He was born in Queens New York and relocated to Coney Island, Brooklyn as a child where he had his first film experience as an extra in Spike Lee's "He Got Game" (1996) He went on to make many independent comedy shorts and is the creator of a sketch comedy web series titled "Barely Functional" (2017).
