Tony J. Scott (Black Lightning, Tell Me A Story, Atlanta) is a Veteran US Army Ranger and Ranger school instructor, Department of the Army. He served eight years as a non commissioned officer for the US Army. His mother, Mary, is from Liverpool England. His Grandfather is from Sierra Leone and served in the British Navy. Tony studied acting in high school and then later in Palo Alto Ca. After ending time served in the US Army, high on the E7/SFC list, he moved to Atlanta Ga and returned to studying acting with The Company Acting Studio and Drama Inc while attending GSU, earning a BA in Religious Studies, and operating his own ballroom dance studio for 13 years. He still teaches ballroom dancing to senior citizens in Atlanta.
