Love, Elections & Chocolate, is a Japanese adult visual novel developed by Sprite, and it was released in Japan on October 29, 2010 for Windows PCs. An additional episode was released on the series' final Blu-ray Disc and DVD volume in March 2013.

Tokiko Tsumura, the girl he saved, explains that the monster is a homunculus. Kazuki had been attacked and killed by it when he was rescuing her; however, she, feeling responsible for him, revived him by placing a Kakugane medallion in his chest, serving as a replacement heart.
Inokuchi Yuka (born June 5, 1978) is a female seiyuu who is affiliated with Ken Production. She is originally from Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture. On 15.10.2007 she changed her stage name to the hiragana version (いのくちゆか). She uses the alias Kimura Ayaka as a voice actress for adult work.
