Thieves steal a large shipment of gold in mainland China before being robbed themselves. The detectives investigating the case follow the thieves to Hong Kong and team up with an undercover officer to retrieve the gold and apprehend the criminals. But when one of criminals turns out to be a childhood friend of one of the cops, things get complicated.

The Chinese map portion is in the hands of an old guy taken care by young cop WANG Chin (Annie WU Sun-kwan). The old guy is being hurt by Shoichi while WANG started the investigation. Finally they find out the facts that the treasure contains Chinese national treasures. PRC Gov't decided to send WANG Chin and Dr. LI (MOK Siu-chung) to the Philippines to reclaim these treasures which led by a Philippine local guy (CHOW Man-kin). However, the whole treasure process is a nightmare .....
The plot is essentially a re-make of “Midnight Angel/The Justice Women.” Yukari plays HK Police Inspector Shum Ling. When a shootout goes wrong, one of her men, Ye Jin, is injured. He’s engaged to her sister, Tong, and Shum Ling must break the news of his death to Tong while she’s planning her wedding. She blames Ling for Jin’s death, and angrily rejects her. When Ling’s investigation fails to yield progress, Tong goes undercover as a masked vigilante.

The female martial artist and action actress better known to Western audiences as Yukari Oshima has so far appeared in over 60 Chinese and Filipino films released between 1986 and 1999. Despite being a Japanese national, Yukari has acted in only one Japanese movie, cast as a radio reporter in a special guest appearance. After living and working in the Philippines for a number of years, Yukari returned to Japan and began working in tourism. Her screen legacy of fight scenes are among the most spectacular of all of Asian action cinema. Yukari performed her own action scenes without doubles and actively sought out the forceful reality of full-contact Hong Kong movies as a showcase for her own physical skill.
